Sea Breeze Cottages

Stayed for a single night. Check in and out was as easy as taking and placing a key. We were the only occupied unit so things stayed quiet while we slept. Placing fan on upper railing, facing down helped fix the heat bake that was happening upstairs due to poor HVAC design. You must be comfortable navigating steep and narrow stairs to get to the sleeping loft.

We booked a cottage for four days and three nights here, in May 2025 to celebrate my partner's 50th birthday. I can't wait to go back sometime.

The cottage was very nice. Quiet, except for the noise of the heater fan. No Traffic. No loud noises from neighbors. The two things that people need to be aware of. The bed, while very comfortable, has no box spring therefore it is very low to the floor. This makes it hard for people with a disability to get in and out of. And the stair case is tricky. The steps are about 11 inches high and hard to navigate due to the turn at the bottom and the steepness and distance between the steps. But it is a nice place to stay.

This tiny cottage vacation rental is a hidden gem! The space is beautifully designed, combining cozy charm with modern comforts. Despite its small size, it feels spacious and well thought out, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying nature or sipping your morning coffee. The location is peaceful and private, yet close to local attractions and activities. It’s an ideal getaway spot for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Highly recommend for a unique and relaxing experience!

My little family and I spent 1 night at sea breeze cottages and we loved our stay! My partner, our two sons (4 & 1 years old) and myself. The cottages are a lot more roomier than their pictures make them look. Still cozy, but not uncomfortably small. I would say these cottages are family friendly. It was easy to block off the stairs for my youngest, the pull out bed was very convenient, they even had some toys for my kids to play with during our stay. :) The walk to the beach is about 15 mins one way. Though you can walk I would recommend driving, there is only about 30% sidewalk, that is after crossing the street and walking alongside the main road. We loved our stay, with having littles staying in a hotel is stressful… We felt at ease knowing we had our own space. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Cute little cottages! Needed a dog friendly spot for a weekend work event and found these. Our unit (#6) was quiet and nice though lacked any nice views. We would’ve preferred being on opposite side (ie 5 or 7) as they backed up to greenery. Close to dog relief area, bonus! And we could even walk to the convention center and surrounding shops, which was fun. Gave service a 3 bc of a few issues we encountered such as downstairs/bathroom heat did NOT work. In fairness we did not reach out, bc we found a portable heater in closet which sufficed for the two nights we stayed. Also had several bed slats come out both nights, and with just sitting on the edge! They would be well informed to fasten these down - to minimize a bed mishap in future ;)

Perfect lodging while in area working to clear and clean our lots. The stairs are a it challenging with very sore legs and back. Minimalistic but just enough. Would book again.
